Booking terms

1. Operator

2. Reservations

A reservation becomes confirmed when the booking engine issues confirmation after the required guest details and payment or payment authorization are completed. Availability may change until confirmation.

3. Prices and payment

The checkout page displays the accommodation price, included charges and payment schedule. A Prague city tax may be payable separately where stated. Card payments may be processed by third-party payment providers.

4. Cancellation and changes

The cancellation policy shown for your chosen property and rate at checkout applies. Requests to change dates, guest count or property are subject to availability and may change the price.

5. Check-in and guest duties

Guests must provide accurate details, respect the maximum occupancy, follow the property’s house rules and avoid disturbance, smoking, unauthorized parties or unlawful activity. Check-in instructions may require identity verification where legally permitted.

6. Security deposit and damage

A refundable deposit may apply when stated during booking. Guests are responsible for damage, loss, extraordinary cleaning or rule violations caused by their party, subject to applicable law and supporting evidence.

7. Property information

We take reasonable care to keep descriptions and images accurate. Minor differences may arise from maintenance, replacement items or improvements that do not materially reduce the booked accommodation.

8. Problems during the stay

Please contact us promptly so our local team has a reasonable opportunity to assist. Urgent property issues should be reported using the contact details in the booking confirmation.

9. Liability and applicable law

Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Czech law applies, subject to mandatory consumer protections and jurisdiction rules.
